Two ways to delete
From inside the app RECOMMENDED
Instant. Verified by your active session.
1Open the Receipt Flow app and sign in.
2Tap Settings.
3Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Request by email
For when you can't access the app. Processed within 30 days.
1Email us from the address you sign in with, so we can verify.
2Include the line "Please delete my Receipt Flow account."
What happens to your data
Deleted REMOVED
- Your account profile (name, email) in Firebase Authentication.
- All expense metadata in our database — companies, receipts, amounts, dates, categories, GL numbers, reference accounts and settings.
Not deleted YOURS
- Receipt image files in your own Google Drive. These live in your Google account, not ours. Delete them from Drive whenever you want.
- Limited server logs (IP, request timestamps) kept briefly for security — not linked to your account once deleted.
Account deletion is permanent
We cannot recover deleted accounts or the expense data that was stored in our database. If you only want to take a break, sign out instead.
